Where: Aquarium of the Bay
Hello Beloved Community!
I am writing to let you know about a special series of Saturday evening shows we will be performing this Summer. Many of you joined us for the sold out performances of Okeanos last April. Now Capacitor is restaging the show at the Bay Theater in the Aquarium of the Bay on Pier 39.
Let me guess... you have lived in SF for 10 years and have never been to Pier 39 even though it is the only place most tourists ever see. Well, it is actually quite beautiful there. And as the sun is setting, it gets a little less crowded and more peaceful. Not only that, if you come for dinner at one of the many fine restaurants, you get two hours of free parking in the garage. Come even earlier and you can enjoy the Aquarium of the Bay - Monterey Bay's sexy little sister. Okeanos tickets bought on their site include free admission to the Otter Exhibit. Once at our show, you can enjoy an "Okeanos" cocktail while dancers and circus artists guide you through the kelp and coral.
The Bay Theater is a newly remodeled gem of a theater with perfect site-lines. No seat is very far from the stage and the vivid projection screen makes our spectacular ocean footage come to life. This is why we are naming this version of the show "Okeanos Intimate". You won't miss a thing.
August 10 - September 28
Saturdays at 7pm

Looking forward to Opening Night! (and then the opening party of course!)
